Matt Burton has operated as a board advisor, non-executive director, and growth strategist with over 25 years' experience founding, scaling, and advising recruitment, HR technology, and start-up / scale-up businesses. As Co-Founder & CEO of MyTeAIm, he is helping reshape the future of hiring by combining AI agents with human expertise to deliver faster, smarter and more consistent recruitment outcomes.
Matt has built and led multi-million-pound organisations, guided scale-ups through their growth journey, and advised founders and investors across multiple sectors. His career includes chairing multiple recruitment and talent businesses, founding and scaling a large proportion of them whilst also supporting innovative workforce and onboarding technologies.
With deep expertise in talent strategy, digital transformation, and commercial growth, Matt is recognised as an industry thought leader.

Co-founder, Strategy and Operations
Richard was a senior telecoms and technology investment banker with Chase Manhattan and JP Morgan. He has spent the past 15 years working to build better financial and technology systems to support business growth and innovation, particularly in the SME world.
He has been involved in multiple fundraisings and flotations in sectors as diverse as aviation, building materials, and investment funds and has been working to build better systems for startup fundraising for 10 years.
He designed and commercialised the "Capital Pilot" SME Rating system in 2016. This enabled the launch of the revolutionary "Boost Fund" in 2022 - a startup investment fund which made automated investment selections using the rating system. The fund completed 50 investments in just 3 months in 2022 and its portfolio has exceeded expectations.
Richard now divides his time between Venture Cubed, an SME data analytics and AI-native systems development business co-founded with Rahul, and MyTeAIm, where he focuses on translating strategic needs in the talent management sector into operational and technology transformations.

Rahul has worked with Richard for 4 years in product development and data analytics roles.
He was among the first participants in UK-based hackathons to experiment with AI-native software development, and has stayed on the leading edge of this revolution since then. When he and Richard co-founded Venture Cubed, Rahul championed an AI-first tech build strategy enabling rapid development and iteration with constant customer interaction.
MyTeAIm's technology stack has been developed by Rahul not just to enhance efficiency and productivity in the recruitment and talent sector, but to alter the relationship between users and their tools, creating dynamic learning systems that improve continuously over time.
